Julia Stiles is reportedly in final talks to play a role in Dexter’s upcoming fifth season.

According to EW’s Michael Ausiello, sources exclusively told him that Julia will play a top-secret role but most likely won’t play a major villain like John Lithgow’s character last season.

Most recently, it was also announced that Julie Benz will be returning to Dexter. Julie played Dexter’s love interest, Rita, in the series who was murdered in the show. It’s unclear how she’ll be brought back to life in the first episode of the season.

Can Julia Stiles pull off comedy? Hell yea!

The actress, best known for her role in the Jason Bourne series with Matt Damon, has launched a hilarious mock eco-friendly fashion line. Where others might fail horribly in delivering a suit made of newspapers or a shirt made from 10 other shirts, Stiles pulls it off with an air of fashion superiority and indifference. It also helps that the models are channeling Derek Zoolander’s “Blue Steel” pose.

Sadly, as Julia’s website “Julia Stiles Styles” notes, the entire fashion collection is currently sold out. They do, however, encourage people to donate to The Lunchbox Fund — an organization which provides impoverished children in the township schools of Alexandra and Soweto often their only meal of the day.

Andrew Keegan (Joey Donner) — Chock up all that onscreen animosity between Andrew and Julia Stiles to good acting, because the two later teamed up on another Shakespeare remake, “O.” Andrew also appeared on several T.V. shows, including “7th Heaven,” “Related,” and “House M.D.” He now splits his time between acting and surfing. No word yet on whether or not he has any plans to model for more tube sock ads.Julia StilesJulia Stiles (Kat Stratford) — Shrewish Kat dreamed of Sarah Lawrence, but it was another New York university (Columbia, to be exact), where Julia received an English degree in 2005. Since “10 Things” the versatile actress has a made a name for herself as a boogieing ballerina (”Save the Last Dance”), a stealth spy (”The Bourne” trilogy) and a scream queen (”The Omen”).

Finding news aboutjulia is really hard at the moment, but this sprung up in my emails just now so i thought i would post it.

In the course of the conversation, Pullman was voluble and erudite while Stiles was shy and thoughtful — as might be expected from a young woman once described as “the thinking teenager’s movie goddess.”

– Patrick Pacheco Bill Pullman: You know, we’re in a play, and this is very curious — and I don’t know if it’s just the audiences now for theater — but some people say, “I don’t like Mamet.” And I’m really amazed by that. It’s either, “Oh, great!” Or, “No, I don’t go that way.”

Julia Stiles: But that’s better than “Mamet, hmmm.” Lukewarm, kinda neutral feelings. The fact that he provokes people or his style provokes people like that is awesome.

BP: I think that, in some ways, people react politically to his plays. Some may feel that they’re getting tricked into something. But the further you get away from the original productions, the more people are able to see that it’s not just a manipulation by Mamet to make them agree with him. It’s not just a slice of life but a higher level of tragedy. That’s our particular challenge with this play. They know “Glengarry Glen Ross” and “American Buffalo.” But they don’t think of “Oleanna” as one of his important works.

JS: Or if they know of it, it’s as, “Oh, it’s the sexual harassment play. Or the he-said, she-said play.” And that doesn’t really do it justice because it shouldn’t be about the politics.

Julia was at the Wonderlust Live Music series, i have two images and i found a little bit of her there in an article…

Oh, did we mention Julia Stiles was there? We were hoping to see her bust out some moves from “Save the Last Dance,” but she largely kept to herself and enjoyed the music with a very unassuming, un-Hollywood crew of friends. Who knew Julia had good taste in music? Parker Posey was there too, but that should come as no surprise since she is New York’s most ubiquitously-spotted celebrity. (Or is that Chloe?) Set list and more pix after the jump.
